Die europäischen Distributionspartner von Renesas Electronics Europe haben das Unternehmen für die außerordentliche logistische Leistung nach der Erdbeben- und Tsunamikatastrophe und dabei insbesondere für das umsichtige Management der Lieferkette geehrt. Thomas Krieg, Managing Director Marketing bei Rutronik, überreichte Tetsuro Kitano, Senior Vice President, Renesas Electronics Corporation, und Achim Mescher, Sales Director of Distribution Europe bei der Renesas Electronics Europe GmbH, die besondere Auszeichnung im Namen aller europäischen Vertriebspartner auf dem jüngsten European Distribution Meeting (EDSM) in Berlin.

Renesas Electronics Europe mit seinem Business Operation Centre in Düsseldorf ist eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723), einem der führenden Anbieter hochmoderner Halbleiterlösungen und die weltweite Nummer eins im Markt für Mikrocontroller.
