In the current version all functions have been integrated as individual modules. These can then be selected by customers and licensed in accordance with the number of users. To achieve this, the team at proMX has utilized innovative and state of the art technology. Within the context of the modularization a broad range of new functions have been integrated. The software can now be deployed in the cloud (whether private, public or hybrid) as well as in Microsoft Cloud with Microsoft Dynamics CRM online.
ProRM consists of a Basic Module which contains all of the core functions, and a series of further optional modules. The Basic Module can be downloaded free of charge for up to five users under the proRM subscription license from the firm's website. Currently the solution offers a further five optional modules: Project Planning, Project Controlling, Project Cockpit, Skill Management and Gantt Charts.
The highlight of the new version is the Time Recording tool for recording project services by smart-phone (iPhone, Android, etc.), mobile devices, and desktop workstations. In addition, there is a special Windows 8 and Windows Phone App, that can be picked up at the Windows Store or from the Windows Phone Marketplace. In response to the wishes of many customers proMX has now integrated the Time Recording tool directly in Outlook.
