PRISMA - operator of the joint European Capacity platform - which launched a new secondary market functionality on their platform on 1 January 2014, says the first month of secondary capacity trading has been positive. Five successful deals were concluded between shippers on PRISMA in January. Three with a total capacity of 1,149,446 kWh/h for the runtime of one month and two with a total capacity of 840,000 kWh/h for the runtime of two months.
