Der Aufsichtsrat der PrimaCom AG hat Sebastian Freitag interimistisch zum Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) und zum Mitglied des Vorstandes der PrimaCom AG ernannt.

Sebastian Freitag ist Managing Director der Investment Bank Freitag & Co. GmbH mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main.
