Meilenstein verfehlt

Für die mit den Gesellschaftern und Kreditgebern der Gesellschaft geführten Restrukturierungsgespräche hat die PrimaCom AG in ihrem selbst gesetzten Zeitplan das Erreichen bestimmter Meilensteine vorgesehen. Ein solcher Meilenstein war das Vorliegen einer Einigung der Gesellschafter und Kreditgeber über die Eckdaten der umzusetzenden Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen bis zum 21. Mai 2010.

Am 21. Mai 2010 übermittelten die Kreditgeber positive Signale, unter anderem dass nunmehr direkte Gespräche zwischen den Kreditgebern und den Mehrheitsgesellschaftern anberaumt wurden. Allerdings blieb dies hinter dem zurück, was im Meilenstein-Konzept der PrimaCom AG gefordert wurde. Auf weitere Nachfragen der Gesellschaft konnte bislang noch keine Einigung bestätigt werden. In der Folge wird es jedenfalls zu Verzögerungen im Restrukturierungsprozess kommen.
