Portwell introduces the NANO-6065, a compact Nano-ITX embedded board engineered to meet the evolving demands of edge computing, smart automation, and intelligent signage. Built on Intel® Core™ Processor N-series, Intel® Processor N-Series and Intel Atom® x7000RE Series Processors, the NANO-6065 combines next-gen performance with versatile I/O and robust connectivity in a space-saving form factor. This release reflects Portwell’s continued commitment to delivering scalable, application-ready platforms that enable OEMs, system integrators, and industrial developers to accelerate innovation at the edge.

Advanced Specifications Engineered for Performance and Reliability

At the core of the NANO-6065 is a flexible processor lineup—Intel® Core™ 3 Processor N355, Intel® Processor N150, or Intel Atom® x7835RE—allowing customers to select the configuration that best fits their performance and environmental requirements. The board supports up to 16 GB of DDR5-4800 memory, delivering ample bandwidth for real-time graphics, compute, and I/O workloads.

Connectivity and expansion are key design pillars: the NANO-6065 includes M.2 B Key (for SSDs or 4G/5G modules), M.2 E Key (for wireless modules), a Nano SIM slot for mobile network access, and microSD support for additional storage. Standard SATA III, three USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, and one USB 3.2 Type-C port further enhance its I/O ecosystem. Triple-display output is supported via two HDMI® 2.0 ports and a USB Type-C with DisplayPort Alt mode—ideal for multi-screen signage or dashboard systems.

Industrial-grade reliability is built in: TPM 2.0 ensures hardware-level security, and a wide DC input range (12–24V) supports diverse power environments. The board also features eight GPIOs, RS-232/422/485 support for legacy integration and is engineered for stability in control and monitoring applications.

The NANO-6065 embedded board is built for modern signage and advertising ecosystems. Its triple-display output enables synchronized content across vertical display configurations or multi-panel arrays. With 4K video playback support via DDR5 memory and integrated graphics, and network redundancy through dual Intel® Ethernet Controller I226 interfaces, signage operators can manage global content distribution and rely on automatic content failover during network interruptions. Outdoor or remote deployments benefit from mobile network support through the onboard Nano SIM slot.

The NANO-6065 addresses these needs with TPM 2.0 for transaction-level security, multi-display support for customer-facing and staff screens, and rich I/O—including USB, GPIO, and RS-232/422/485— for direct integration with barcode readers, scales, and printers. Its 12–24V power input aligns with typical retail infrastructure, supporting both internal operations and frontend display systems.
