PI Informatik präsentiert neues Feature der Immobilien-CRM Lösung ImmoCORE auf der IT Profits 6.0

Berlin, 31.05.2010 Die PI Informatik GmbH wird am 9. und 10. Juni 2010 bereits zum dritten Mal auf der IT-Profits in Berlin vertreten sein. Diese regionale IT-Messe zeigt Softwarelösungen und Dienstleistungsprodukte aus dem Bereich der Informatik und Telekommunikation.

Mitunter wird die PI Informatik eine speziell für die Immobilienbranche zugeschnittene CRM-Lösung auf der Basis von Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 vorstellen, die seit 2009 auf dem Markt ist. Mit ImmoCORE werden, ausgehend vom Lebenszyklus der Immobilie, im Besonderen vertriebs- und marketingrelevante Informationen des Objekt- und Liegenschaftsmanagements abgebildet.

Das System bietet unter anderem Funktionen wie eine konsistente Datenhaltung vom einzelnen Objekt bis hin zum Portfolio, die Verwaltung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien sowie eine Anbindung an den Onlinepool für die Vermarktung von Immobilien.

Neue Funktionen, die auf dieser Messe gezeigt werde, sind unter anderem die Anbindung von SAP-Systemen an ImmoCORE, um z.B. Kundendaten aus dem SAP in die CRM-Applikation zu übernehmen bzw. zu ergänzen.
