自1980年以来,Unistate一直是过程工艺领域高效温度控制的技术领先方案。Unistat技术可以确保最高工艺可靠性、工艺稳定性和可重复温度控制结果。Unistat泵的持续设计在保证最大流量下可以产生最大湍流、极大的热交换系数(α值),并由此实现(蒸发器和加热器)的高效热传输与热交换。在玻璃反应釜和80%的应用中,允许的系统压力均低于1巴。Unistat泵的特点在于循环流量,而非泵压,所以所需(泵)电机功率明显降低。与经过压力优化、经常采用磁耦合的泵机相比,该泵的特性曲线更加平稳,且电机功率高。

只有极少应用在设计上可以具有狭窄的横截面,以及较高的压降。因此,这些应用可以实现(或要求)更高的泵压。在这些,并且仅在这些情况下,带有较高输送压力的循环泵才会是一个明智的选择。对于循环压力的调节或减小并无必要,因为在此类系统中同样需要最大流量,以实现最佳热交换性。这方面的典型应用为流通式化学和半导体产业。

针对此类应用,Huber制冷设备公司扩大了Unistat产品系列范围,尤其配备了强大的压力泵机。这些全新Unistate系列型号以后缀“P”(代表压力)作为标识。

Unistate的制冷功率数据始终是在最大泵机转数情况下的数据。其他品牌的数值经常并非如此。重要的是更为仔细地审视制冷功率数据:当泵机满功率运行时,制冷设备必须补偿更多的泵机电机热量。如果制冷功率数据并非在最大泵机转数下的数据,在温度控制流程中的可用制冷功率会下降200至900瓦特,所标注的最终温度也无法实现。
