Successful technological integration of the Gutigs prepaid current balance query system

Peaches integrates online balance queries for prepaid mobile phones in its own platform

PEACHES Systems GmbH, a PEACHES AG (Wiesbaden) company, successfully integrated the Gutigs online balance query system for prepaid mobile phones made by Insidegreen GbR (Niederzeuzheim) into its own platform (Isoptera) effective from mid-May.

The implementation into the prelado - prepaid anytime & anywhere prepaid service application worked perfectly, and customers were unaware of any change taking place. "The technically complex integration of a previously external service into our Isoptera platform was completed without any issues thanks the excellent cooperation with Insidegreen. We are particularly proud that there was no impact on service for prelado customers at any time," remarked Vitali Strasser, SVP Technology at Peaches Group (PEACHES Mobile GmbH, PEACHES Systems GmbH, REA MOBILE GmbH).

Since mid-May the Gutigs app has no longer been available from app stores. Users who had already installed the app can continue to query their current prepaid balance via the prelado app. As an additional service, prelado - prepaid anytime & anywhere offers a function that allows users to conveniently top up credit in real time on a current total of more than 20 German mobile networks.
