On the 1st of July 2019, Michael Kugler joined the team at parsionate as a future shareholder and Managing Director of parsionate CX GmbH. The new subsidiary of the parsionate Group will offer consulting and implementation services with a focus on marketing and sales processes for manufacturers and retailers. The main areas of focus will be "product experience", "customer-centricity" and omnichannel commerce - issues that play a significant role in digital transformation.
