Die Paradigma Energie- und Umwelttechnik mit Sitz in Karlsbad bei Karlsruhe entwickelt und vermarktet seit 1989 ökologische Heizsysteme für den privaten Wohnungsbau. Ob Solarwärme-Systeme, Holzpellets-Systeme oder Gasbrennwert-Systeme – Ökologie und Behaglichkeit stehen bei allen Paradigma Systemen an erster Stelle.
Der Hauptgesellschafter Alfred T. Ritter erhielt für sein Engagement im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien 2003 den Sonderpreis der Deutschen Solarpreise, verliehen durch die gemeinnützige Europäische Vereinigung für Erneuerbare Energien Eurosolar.
Geschäftsführer von Paradigma sind: Klaus Taafel (Forschung und Entwicklung, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung), René Reinhold (kaufmännischer Geschäftsführer) und Matthias Reitzenstein (Marketing und Vertrieb).
