1968 gegründet, entwickelte sich Bluhm Systeme zum Komplettanbieter für Kennzeichnungstechnik mit inzwischen über 300 Mitarbeitern. Das Unternehmen verfügt über ein umfassendes Know-how und Produktspektrum in den Bereichen Codieren, Etikettieren, RFID und Etiketten. Seit 1980 praktiziert es ein zukunftsweisendes Mitarbeiter-Beteiligungsmodell.

Jährlich fließt abhängig von der Ertragslage ein Teil des Unternehmensgewinns als Mitarbeiterguthaben in die Bluhm Leasing GmbH & Co. KG. Die fungiert als Hausbank für eigene Investitionen und die von Kunden. Ihr Kapital summiert sich derzeit auf rund sechs Mio. Euro.

Die 2005 als "Preisträger" ausgezeichnete Bluhm Systeme GmbH wurde vom Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Klimaschutz, Energie und Landesplanung des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz zur Auszeichnung als "Premier" nominiert.
