OSC AG firmiert ab sofort unter OSC GmbH

Die Hauptversammlung der OSC AG hat am 18.05.2021 die Umwandlung der Rechtsform für die OSC AG in eine GmbH beschlossen. Die Eintragung der Umwandlung in das Handelsregister erfolgte am 30.06.2021.

Der Hauptsitz des Unternehmens ist unverändert in Lübeck. Herr Jan-Henrik Rüß und Herr Torsten Bohlmann übernehmen die Geschäftsführung.
