Optimised Osborn bestseller: Superior AS 60 T-INOX cutting disc

Service life increased by 20%

(PresseBox) (Burgwald, )
Osborn has now made its best-selling cut-off wheel, sold millions of times over, even better with a new, optimised formula. For the AS 60 T-INOX "New Formula", the development engineers at Osborn's Bavarian production site have used a new, optimised formula of the synthetic resin bond with an abrasive grain of the latest generation. The result: a clear performance plus with a 20% increase in service life.

The AS 60 T-INOX from German high-tech production provides a balanced combination of high cutting speed and significantly increased tool life. The user will be pleased because he can now make considerable more cuts with the performance-optimised cutting disc.

In addition, there are all the advantages the previous AS 60 T-INOX has always had. A clean, millimetre-accurate cut with minimal effort ensures fast processing and little material wear. In addition the time to treat the final workpiece can be reduced siginficantly. The edges are low-burr to burr-free. Thermal discolouration can be avoided.

The ideal application for the 1 mm thin Superior AS 60 T-INOX is thin sheet metal such as used in auto bodies, tank and container construction, steel cables, thin-walled profiles, stainless steel pipes, steel, non-ferrous metals and composites (GRP), high-temperature materials (e.g. engine repair in turbine construction).

The performance-optimised AS 60 T-INOX cutting disc is available in the dimensions of 115 mm and 125 mm. Either in a 25 piece shrink wrapped pack or 10 or 25 pieces in the popular Power-Pack metal can. The metal cans are also available with the well-known "Lifetime-Plus-Sealing".

Visually, the new disc differs from the previous version by an additional orange badge on the label of the cutting disc.
