In den meisten kaufmännischen Lösungen, so auch im ERP Modul von myfactory.BusinessWorld, wird der Matchcode automatisch generiert; in der Regel in der Form: "Name+Ort".

In vielen Fällen hätte der Anwender aber gern einen Matchcode, den er je nach Bedarf individuell verändern kann. Dieses Feature bietet ORGAREVI nun für die myfactory.BusinessWorld Stammdatenbereiche Adressen, Artikel, Interessenten, Kunden, Lieferanten oder Vertreter an.

Sie können den Matchcode im Batchlauf für ganze Stammdatenbereiche verändern. Nicht nur Stammdatenfelder können heran gezogen werden, sondern Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, beliebigen Text mit fester Feldlänge im Matchcode zu integrieren. Selbstverständlich kann der Matchcode nach wie vor manuell überschrieben werden.
