optical control GmbH & Co. KG很高兴地宣布，将参展2019年6月5-7日在东京国际展览中心(Tokyo Big Sight)举行的JPCA Tokyo展会。optical control公司将在Alpha和Yamaha展位上展示配置自动上/下料功能的OC-SCAN®CCX.3元件计数器及离线工作站。

CCX X-ray速度快，精度高，可提供比其他任何设备都更快的投资回报率。CCX的亮点是—不需要数据库，也不需要客户输入即可启动进行计数。就是这么简单，插入设备即可开始计数。它是一个真正的即插即用系统，可以在同一个周期时间内对任何尺寸的卷盘进行X-ray计数，无论何种类型的元件，也无论卷盘是满的还是空的。

该设备还可以配置成完全自动化的，包括集成到其他系统，如自动存储装置。是否是仅通过软件、使用上/下料装置还是完全集成来实现，这取决于客户在迈向工业4.0过程中所采取的步骤。
