Die onOffice Software GmbH kooperiert mit der Synnotech AG. Mit Hilfe der Schnittstelle zur LogisPro® Finanzsoftware für Immobilien, erhalten alle Benutzer der Immobiliensoftware smart 2.0 die Möglichkeit schnell und unkompliziert aussagekräftige Finanzexpertisen für ausgewählte Objekte zu erstellen. Durch die schnelle Angebotserstellung bietet der Makler dem Immobilieninteressenten einen übersichtlichen Aufbau ausführlicher Liquiditätsprognosen und steuerlichen Bewertungen. Die Erstellung der Finanzexpertisen beruht auf steuerlich, juristisch und finanzmathematisch geprüften Grundlagen und entspricht stets dem neuesten Stand der Gesetzgebung.
