Nuance Communications (NASDAQ: NUAN), führender Anbieter von Sprach- und Bildbearbeitungslösungen für Unternehmen und Privatkunden, veranstaltet zusammen mit T-Com und Genesys im Mai die "VOICE Roadshow 2007" zum Thema "Sprachanwendungen im Kundenservice".

"Schon jetzt haben wir hohe Teilnehmerzahlen für alle drei Termine", berichtet Peter Hauser, Senior Vice President & General Manager International bei Nuance. "Die Resonanz auf diese VOICE Roadshow ist sehr positiv und zeigt das große Interesse an Strategien zur sprachgestützten Automatisierung von Customer-Self-Service Prozessen."

Neben Vorträgen zu den Themen über "Akzeptanz von Sprachlösungen im Kundenservice" oder "Hosting", werden auch verschiedene Standardanwendungen demonstriert. Zum Beispiel werden Fallstudien von verschiedenen Branchen (Logistik, Industrie oder Telekommunikationsunternehmen) gezeigt und auch die T-Com Kundendienst-Portal-Lösungen von Nuance für das Voice Web Portal werden präsentiert.

Die Roadshow findet an den folgenden Terminen statt:

- 8. Mai 2007 in Düsseldorf
- 9. Mai 2007 in Frankfurt
- 10. Mai 2007 in München
