Die n.runs Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE000A0LEFF5) teilt Folgendes mit: Das Amtsgericht Mainz - Registergericht - hat durch Beschluss vom 25. April 2013 nach Maßgabe von § 104 AktG auf Antrag des Vorstands vom 22. März 2013 den Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft dahingehend ergänzt, dass anstelle des mit Wirkung zum 31. März 2013 ausgeschiedenen bisherigen Mitglieds, Ralph-Peter Quetz (seit 1. April 2013 im Vorstand des Unternehmens), nunmehr Sebastian Höcherl zum Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats bestellt wurde und zwar bis zur Wahl eines Aufsichtsratsmitgliedes in der nächsten Hauptversammlung.

Der Beschluss über die Bestellung von Sebastian Höcherl zum Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats ging der Gesellschaft am 8. Mai 2013 zu.
