2020 schlug die Corona Epidemie in der Reisebranche radikal ein. Fast sämtliche Reisen wurden storniert, neue Verträge kamen nicht mehr zustande und nur mit Hilfe der staatlichen Soforthilfen konnten die Reisebüros das sofortige Ende verhindern. Die drei münsterländischen Lufthansa City Center Reisebüros ReiseArt, Lückertz und Schlagheck hatten schon vor Corona über eine verstärkte Kooperation verhandelt, nun beschleunigte die katastrophale Marktlage ihre Pläne und seit April 2022 sind sie unter der Marke „reiseart“ vereint. Die Change-Berater von noventum consulting begleiteten seit August 2021 den Fusions-Prozess und den Aufbau interner Strukturen und der Kommunikation des neuen Unternehmens mit agilen Methoden. In einem Interview berichtet Geschäftsführer Ralf Trilsbeek (ehem. ReiseArt) von dem bemerkenswerten Prozess.
