Ende Oktober 2021 hat die Compleo Charging Solutions AG mit dem Energiekonzern E.ON einen Vertrag über den Erwerb der innogy eMobility Solutions GmbH abgeschlossen. Dieser schließt die Übernahme der gesamten Belegschaft sowie sämtlicher Kundenbeziehungen der ieMS sowie der Tochtergesellschaft von ieMS im Vereinigten Königreich ein. Die Konsolidierung als 100%-ige Tochtergesellschaft läuft seit dem 01.01.2022. Damit setzt Compleo die Integration der ieMS und ihrer Software-Services für Elektromobilität in die Compleo Gruppe in die Tat um.
