NovaStor outgrew their original Simi Valley location on several levels and it was time for a change. The move was necessary to keep up with the explosion of energy that came with new ownership, a major increase in staff and some upcoming major business and partnership announcements.
Located just off the 101 freeway only 40 minutes north of LAX, the new office was custom built from the ground up for NovaStor. Every detail was designed specifically to suit the needs of a modern fast growing high technology company. The office employs an open concept, with no cubicles to encourage open communication and an ongoing flow of ideas to keep NovaStor at the cutting edge. There are several open meeting areas and an open galley for company presentations and events and the entire office is surrounded by windows overlooking southern California’s beautiful landscape.
“During the office selection process, it was necessary to find a location and office setting that perfectly captured the new attitude, spirit and excitement of our new team” said Mike Andrews, Managing Director at NovaStor. “What we were able to accomplish completely eclipsed our expectations. Everything here is fresh and new. We decided to leave everything from our old office behind, we have too many forward looking opportunities and we just refuse to look back.”
