A good education is essential for the future. NETZSCH has decided to donate eleven laptops to enable children and young people at Msafiri Primary School in Tanzania to have access to digital education.
Over the past few weeks, two trainees have been working to bring the laptops up to the latest technological standards and prepare them for use in lessons. In the presence of Michael Sigl, Teamlead IT Endpoint Services, they presented the laptops to Michael Hell, who set up the school in 2005 with the help of various organisations. The school now has seven primary classes and a pre-school class and over 170 children and young people attend school there.
From the third grade onwards, there are computer lessons in which the NETZSCH laptops are now used. Michael Hell reports on the great value of the donation for the school in Tanzania. ‘The laptops open up completely new learning opportunities for our pupils,’ says Hell.
