MobiCloud-Projekt

Seit Dezember 2012 ist Nettropolis an dem von der Europäischen Kommission geförderten MobiCloud-Projekt beteiligt. MobiCloud ist eine Plattform für die Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Cloud-gestützten mobilen Anwendungen (Apps), speziell für Unternehmen. Innerhalb dieses Projekts entwickelt Nettropolis, in Kooperation mit den Verkehrsbetrieben Karlsruhe, eine mobile Anwendung für Personal, das u.a. im Außendienst tätig ist. Über mobile Endgeräte können die Mitarbeiter z.B. Verunreinigungen oder Beschädigungen an Haltestellen oder in Bahnen sofort an die Leitstelle melden. Durch die Synchronisation mit Nettro®BME können Maßnahmen, wie die Anforderung eines Putztrupps, automatisch eingeleitet werden. Diese Anwendung unterstützt die Verkehrsbetriebe bei einer effizienten und effektiven Bearbeitung von Störungen, Beschädigungen oder Kundenbeschwerden.
