For the First Time NESTRO® Presents Filter System Solutions for the Building Materials Industry at bauma, Munich (April 8th. to 14th.)

(PresseBox) (Schkölen, )
At this year’s trade fair bauma NESTRO® Lufttechnik GmbH, Germany, invites visitors to the joint stand of the IHK Leipzig no. 238 in hall A2. The building materials industry (plaster, fibrated concrete, cement and similar materials) is an elementary part of the construction value chain in its role as a supplier. The dust created in the production process not only constitutes a health hazard for employees, it may also shorten the maintenance intervals for machines or even reduce their service life, and can lead to the need for elaborate subsequent cleaning of the products. NESTRO® helps the industry to overcome these challenges and ensures optimal working conditions. Based on qualified tests of processing unit material by external laboratories, application engineers select the most suitable filter cloth and configure the filter-systems for the energy-efficient extraction of dust and processing residues, thereby helping to realise perfect quality with reduced downtime. NESTRO® equipment transports, filters or separates the residual material for disposal according to customer’s needs.

High-Efficiency Ventilator (LIVE-PRESENTATION)

The heart of our extraction and filtering systems is the NESTRO® ventilator. Many years of experience has led to optimal efficiencies under extra-ordinarily quiet operation in a performance range of 1,000 to 100,000 m³/hr. Adapted materials, the individual selection of drive type and the use of an application-specific design for the wing wheels result in a ventilator that is ideally matched to the system. The option for frequency control depending on need is an additional plus for energy efficiency.
