On behalf of an environmentally sound future:

Machines by mycon increase energy efficiency, lower energy costs and secure customers as well as the environment.

Apart from defraying the costs of delivery for the machines, mycon, by demand, congruently does so in regards to consulting services and the supervision of their cleaning measures. Moreover, their sister company Kipp Umwelttechnik can carry out the entire cleaning service.

TubeMaster offers crucial benefits for the cleaning of tube bundle heat exchangers:
  1. Environmentally friendly, dry cleaning within a closed process. Residues are packaged immediately.
  2. The cleaning efficiency can be adjusted from very gentle (e.g., for the cleaning of graphite tubes), to extremely effective – making it even able to remove very tough residues which cannot be removed with over 2500 mbar of high-pressure cleaning.
  3. Process-conditioned protection of the tubes’ inside area.
  4. The automated cleaning machine TubeMaster AS facilitates and accelerates cleaning processes and increases the cleaning rate through its constant and adjustable cleaning quality. TubeMaster AS is portably applicable, also through manway openings.
If desired, a special version of this method can be used to polish the inside areas of tubes. Thus, higher flow amount and energy saving can be achieved.

mycon, additionally, developed a method to coat the inside areas of tubes. The coating resists temperature loads of up to 1000°. The extremely thin surface coating prevents corrosion and increases the flow amount.
