Die von Celsia Technologies entwickelte Nano Spreader Technologie "enhanced Vapor Chamber Interface" (eVCI) arbeitet nachweislich bis zu 30% effektiver wie eine herkömmliche Heatpipe Technologie. In Kombination mit dem hochwertig legierten Aluminium Heatspreader, konnte bei Tests mit DDR2 Modulen die direkte Umgebungstemperatur um 48%, gegenüber einem Standardmodul ohne Heatspreader, gesenkt werden. Gleichzeitig ließen sich die Module, die mit einem Black Ascent Heatsink versehen waren, um 48MHz höher übertakten. Dies ist nicht weiter verwunderlich, da der gemessene Temperaturvorteil bei bis zu 30°C liegen kann.
Die Module sind ab sofort als "2 GB Kit (2x1 GB) XP3-16000 / 2000MHz (996620)" mit den Latenzen 9-9-9-24 in der edlen weißen Mushkin Holzbox verfügbar.
