MTA specializes in the development of highly efficient drive technology for compact installation spaces. Development, product qualification, and production take place at the Ennsdorf (AT) site. The focus is on sensorless and gearless synchronous drive solutions for high-performance integration into customer machines. MTA drives cover all areas of stationary and mobile conveyor technology. Customers include market-leading manufacturers from various industries. One focus is on mobile robotics with high motor power in the smallest possible space as a success factor

In Hall 5, Booth 5D21, MTA will be showcasing its latest innovations in stationary and mobile conveyor technology, such as an AGV equipped with MTA drives, compact differential drives, gearless direct drives for fastbots, drive and steering systems for omnidirectional vehicles, and drives for load handling devices. MTA also offers controller technology that is perfectly tailored to the application.

Gearless motor rollers and drum motors are exhibited for stationary conveyor technology. The compact solutions, maximum availability, and long service life provide conveyor technology manufacturers with considerable market advantages. To this end, MTA has developed solutions that enable all types of interfaces to higher-level controllers. This guarantees standardized connection to almost all bus systems, such as Profinet, ASi, IO-Link, and many more. The interface modules enable integration without changing existing topologies. Existing systems can also be converted to MTA technology.

For highly efficient sorting applications, MTA offers gearless sorting drives in a compact design. The slim design and individual control of each individual sorting motor enables highly dynamic ejections and smooth motion sequences. MTA sorting motors have proven themselves for years in the logistics centers of the world's largest online retailer in the consumer goods sector. The complete sorting system from MTA is maintenance-free, impresses with its high performance, and achieves maximum throughput.

With a sophisticated retrofit concept, MTA contributes to sustainability and a reduction in the carbon footprint. This makes significantly better use of existing resources and achieves a significant reduction in energy consumption.
