At the centre of the presentation is helmut.cloud, the multi-tenant Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that offers scalable, location-independent collaboration in post-production. This holistic platform includes a selection of applications, one of which is High5 – a product designed to organize, craft, trigger, run, and monitor all kinds of workflows. A new highlight this year is Cosmo, the latest addition to helmut.cloud, which enables uniquely comfortable asset handling and seamless collaboration across distributed editing teams:
„Cosmo is an event-driven PAM with a review and approval tool featuring advanced sharing, commenting, annotations, and dedicated panels for major NLEs, unlocking nearly unlimited possibilities through its interconnection with the powerful High5 workflow engine,“ explains Severin Siebertz, Head of Frontend Development at MoovIT Software Products GmbH.
“Our mission is to give editors, post-production teams and broadcasters the freedom to focus on creativity while our software takes care of the workflows behind,” states David Merzenich, Managing Director at MoovIT SP. “By integrating Cosmo into helmut.cloud, we are taking another important step towards seamless, location-independent collaboration.”
MoovIT will also present Helmut4, their flagship software for project management and automation in large-scale video environments, now featuring a new integration with Avid Pro Tools. This integration streamlines audio workflows in post-production, allowing editors and audio engineers to seamlessly work and manage projects together within any kind of production infrastructure.
As part of the Avemio group, MoovIT and Netorium alongside other media partners are forming a strong network of media IT specialists representing the groups‘vision: “We aim to empower media professionals worldwide with the freedom to focus on creativity while we take care of the media workflows, technology integration, and infrastructure in the background,” says Ralf P. Pfeffer, CEO of Avemio Group. “With solutions like Helmut4 and helmut.cloud, MoovIT is at the forefront of delivering on this vision, creating a ‘Media Fast Track’ for broadcasters and post-production companies moving towards future-ready, remote-capable infrastructures.”
Visitors are invited to have a chat with the MoovIT team at IBC 2025 in Amsterdam, where MoovIT will share a booth with Netorium and Hiscale in Hall 1, Booth D07.
