More Efficiency and Mobility in Production with Modular Conveyors

A dry ice manufacturer has successfully automated its previously manual production process – using five modular conveyors from Montech. Two TB40 and three TB30 conveyors handle the transport and height compensation between the different machines. Thanks to mobile bases, the conveyors can be easily moved and flexibly positioned whenever needed.

A special feature: the inclined TB30 conveyor enables the transport of dry ice blocks directly after the block machine without additional conveying equipment. Between two TB30 conveyors, there is also space for a saw band that precisely cuts the ice blocks.

The automation solution increases efficiency, saves resources, and impresses with its space-saving, low-maintenance design – typical Montech: functional, flexible, and aesthetically integrated.
