One of the key innovations is the upgraded drive system for the TB40 conveyor belt. Its more compact design, featuring a 90-degree angled motor connection, improves operational protection and makes integration easier in space-constrained environments. An additional gearbox option also enables higher belt speeds at moderate loads, further expanding the system’s range of applications.
Montech also expanded its cleat portfolio in 2025. PN cleats are now standard for the TB30 conveyor belt, and new cleat heights are available for several conveyor models. These updates are complemented by new, specially designed floor stands and an adjusted pricing model.
At the same time, Montech significantly enhanced its digital services. A new online product catalog brings together all product groups, including technical data, videos, and documentation. In addition, a dedicated digital catalog for cleanroom conveyor belts is now available, with direct access to the online configurator. The configurator itself has been expanded and now enables detailed planning of cleanroom conveyors, including CAD data, bills of materials, and direct online ordering.
The digital offering is rounded out by a new Download Center, which provides centralized, around-the-clock access to all relevant technical documents. With these developments, Montech reinforces its commitment to continuously optimizing conveyor technology and supporting customers with modular, future-ready solutions.
