Mit einer innovativen vertikalen Liftanbindung bietet Montech eine platzsparende Lösung für die Werkstückträgerrückführung in beengten Produktionsumgebungen. Anstelle einer klassischen Rückführung auf gleicher Ebene werden ESD-konforme Werkstückträger über das Transfersystem LT40 und eine pneumatisch angetriebene Liftlösung effizient und autonom in einem Endlosprozess zurück in die Hauptlinie befördert.

Diese Lösung ermöglicht einen effizienten, kontinuierlichen Produktionsablauf, eine optimale Flächennutzung und gewährleistet hohe Flexibilität in der Hauptmontage- und Herstellungslinie. Zusätzlich profitieren Anwender von einem einfachen Zugang zu Produktionszellen sowie einem attraktiven und funktionalen Design.
