Mit der Demonstrationslinie MELA präsentiert Visionlink eine innovative Lösung für automatisierte Qualitätskontrolle in der Bildverarbeitungsindustrie. In Zusammenarbeit mit Mechatronic, Lexter Italia und Montech entstand ein leistungsstarkes Gesamtsystem, das Robotik, Bildverarbeitung und modulare Fördertechnik intelligent kombiniert.

Am Beispiel von Äpfeln demonstriert MELA eine vollständige Inspektionskette – von der Sichtprüfung über die Oberflächenanalyse bis zur Volumenerfassung. Herzstück der Linie ist das Transfersystem LTE des Schweizer Fördertechnik-Spezialisten Montech. Es transportiert die Produkte exakt durch alle Prüfstationen und garantiert höchste Prozesssicherheit sowie Flexibilität durch seine modulare Bauweise.

Die Anlage steht exemplarisch für den praxisnahen Einsatz vernetzter Technologien in der industriellen Bildverarbeitung – skalierbar, effizient und bereit für die Anforderungen moderner Produktion.
