In der Bildverarbeitungsindustrie werden automatisierte Prozesse zunehmend wichtiger. Die Demonstrationslinie MELA von Visionlink zeigt, wie Bildverarbeitung, Robotik und das flexible Transfersystem LTE von Montech zu einer effizienten Lösung für die Qualitätskontrolle verschmelzen. Neun Prüfstationen analysieren Äpfel hinsichtlich äußerer und innerer Merkmale, während das modulare Transfersystem für präzisen Transport und optimale Prozesssicherheit sorgt. Die Linie ist flexibel und ermöglicht eine einfache Integration in bestehende Produktionsumgebungen.
