Besonderes Jahreshighlight bei MKN: TV- Star und Koch-Profi Mario Kotaska war in der Wolfenbütteler ProfiKochArena zu Gast: In der HansDampf "ErlebnisGaren Live"-Seminarreihe, die deutschlandweit stattfindet, zeigte er unter dem Motto: "Einfach - gut - kochen" seine Interpretationen einer exzellenten a la carte - Küche.
Der Sternekoch begeisterte zusammen mit den MKN-Küchenmeistern die Teilnehmer. Auch in seinem Gourmet-Restaurant in Köln setzt Mario Kotaska auf ProfiKochtechnik von MKN.
