Ulrike Fox verabschiedet sich von MICROS-Fidelio und der Branche

Zum neuen Jahr 2008 stellt sich Ulrike Fox neuen Herausforderungen in unserem Nachbarland, der Schweiz – beruflich wie privat. Beinahe fünf Jahre war sie bei der MICROS-Fidelio GmbH als Marketing Manager Europe, Africa & Middle East verantwortlich. Zum 31. Dezember 2007 nun verlässt sie, auf eigenen Wunsch, den Neusser IT-Spezialisten und verabschiedet sich auch aus der Hotellerie- und Gastronomiebranche. Der IT jedoch bleibt sie treu und baut als Marketing Manager EAME das Europa Marketing für ein amerikanisches Unternehmen, Schweizer Ursprungs auf.

Die Nachfolge von Ulrike Fox ist derzeit vakant. Interims mäßig übernehmen ihre Aufgaben Tina Schmitz und Anja Erdl, die Ansprechpartner in allen Marketingbelangen sind.

MICROS-Fidelio bietet praxiserprobte und individualisierte 'all-in one' Systeme an. Das Leistungs-Portfolio umfasst sämtliche Soft- und Hardware Komponenten ergänzt durch ein Service Konzept. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Hotel Management Systeme sowie zentrale Reservierungs- und Kundeninformationssysteme. Allein in Deutschland arbeiten 3.500 Unternehmen mit Programmen von MICROS-Fidelio.

MICROS ist Anbieter für Restaurant Management Systeme in der Gastronomie und Hotellerie. Fidelio hat sich auf die Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Hotel- Informationssystemen spezialisiert. Seit der Fusion in 1995 ist MICROS Systems Inc., mit Hauptsitz in Columbia, USA, ist weltweit der größte Lieferant von Informationssystemen in der Hotellerie und Gastronomie. In 140 Ländern wurden mehr als 220.000 Systeme installiert. MICROS Aktien werden über die NASDAQ mit dem Symbol MCRS gehandelt. In Europa, Afrika und Middle East werden die Kunden vom Headquarter in Neuss - der MICROS-Fidelio GmbH - betreut.
