NEU im Meusburger-Stanzsortiment - Elastomer-Abstreifer E 5590

Meusburger erweitert sein Stanzsortiment um den Abstreifer E 5590. Durch den elastomeren Werkstoff werden Beschädigungen an der Oberfläche des Stanzteils vermieden. Mit dem ersten Hub wird die passgenaue Kontur am Schneidschaft gestanzt, wodurch ein spielfreier Sitz entsteht. Dies verhindert das Einziehen des Bleches. Durch die Ummantelung des Schneidstempels mit dem Abstreifer wird eine erhöhte Knicksteifigkeit erzielt. Auf den Stanzstreifen wirkt ein sehr hoher Anpressdruck, der ein sicheres Niederhalten des Streifens gewährleistet. Der Abstreifer E 5590 ist bei Meusburger sofort ab Lager lieferbar.
