NEU bei Meusburger - Gleitführungsbuchse E 5152 für den wartungsfreien Betrieb

Ab sofort bei Meusburger erhältlich ist die Gleitführungsbuchse E 5152. Diese ist im Vergleich mit herkömmlichen Gleitführungsbuchsen besonders für höhere Hubzahlen geeignet und wird in das Werkzeug eingeklebt. Durch die spiralförmige Klebenut wird der Klebstoff perfekt in der Buchse verteilt. Das Öl und der Festschmierstoff in der Sinterschicht der Gleitführungsbuchse ermöglichen deren wartungsfreien Betrieb. Durch Reibungswärme tritt das Öl an die Gleitoberfläche und zieht sich bei Abkühlung wieder in die Sinterschicht zurück. Dadurch ergeben sich weitere Vorteile wie ein hoher Widerstand gegen Verschleiß und sehr gute Notlaufeigenschaften ohne zusätzliches Schmieren. Zusätzlich wird durch die G4 Toleranz das bestmögliche Gleitspiel zwischen Säule und Buchse erreicht. Die Gleitführungsbuchse E 5152 ist nach DIN 9381 / ISO 9448 austauschbar und in gewohnter Qualität sofort ab Lager lieferbar.
