Mit Wirkung zum 01.01.2007 wurde die TeWiSoft GmbH mit der MEDAV GmbH verschmolzen.

Im Dezember 2000 wurde die TeWiSoft GmbH in Ilmenau als 100%-ige Tochter der MEDAV GmbH gegründet. Unternehmensziele waren die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen zur Entwicklung technisch wissenschaftlicher Software auf hohem Qualitätsniveau sowie die Vermarktung eigener Werkzeuge zur Unterstütung des Managements von mittelständischen Unternehmen im Projekt- und Dienstleistungsgeschäft.

Die TeWiSoft GmbH bearbeitete gemeinsam mit der Mutterfirma verschiedenste Projekte und Aufgabenstellungen aus dem Auftragsumfeld der MEDAV GmbH. Wirtschaftlich und operativ waren beide Unternehmen eng miteinander verknüpft, so dass die rechtliche Trennung nicht mehr als sinnvoll und zweckmäßig erschien.

Mit Wirkung zum 01.01.2007 wurde die TeWiSoft GmbH mit der MEDAV GmbH verschmolzen. Alle Ressourcen werden damit auf die eindeutigen Unternehmensziele fokussiert. Die MEDAV GmbH ist heute somit an den zwei Standorten Uttenreuth und Ilmenau vertreten.

MEDAV GmbH

Das mittelständische Unternehmen MEDAV GmbH ist seit 1982 als Systemlieferant für Leistungen und Produkte im Bereich der digitalen Signalverarbeitung und der Mustererkennung tätig. Die Kernkompetenzen sind die Funkmess- und -überwachungstechnik, die Informations- und Sprachverarbeitung sowie die Mess- und Prüftechnik im industriellen Umfeld. MEDAV ist weltweit tätig.
Das Tochterunternehmen TeWiSoft GmbH am Standort Ilmenau wurde im Dezember 2000 gegründet und mit Wirkung vom 01.01.2007 mit der MEDAV GmbH verschmolzen.
