Diesen und weitere Fragen widmet sich die Fachkonferenz in München. Schon im fünften Jahr werden hier zahlreiche Vorträge von Experten wie auch Praxisbeispiele präsentiert. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die exklusiven Besichtigungen der Mensa des Forschungs-Campus Garching des Studentenwerks München, der neuen Mitarbeitergastronomie der BayernLB und das Speisenverteilzentrum (SVZ) des Universitätsklinikums München.

Management Forum Starnberg ist der inhabergeführte Anbieter von Fach- und Führungskräfteseminaren und Konferenzen. Das Unternehmen wurde 1995 von Gundula Schwan und Elke Wiedmaier in Starnberg gegründet. Aktuell konzeptionieren, planen und organisieren rund 25 MitarbeiterInnen Veranstaltungen, die in der DACH-Region durchgeführt werden.
