Halle: 8 / Stand-Nr.: 8C17

Magazino presents its latest robotics solutions at LogiMAT 2025, which provide innovative answers to the challenges of modern intralogistics. Magazino's goal is to automate intralogistics processes for various sectors, such as the manufacturing industry, injection moulding and shipping logistics, by optimizing flexibility, process stability and efficiency. In 2025, the focus will be on updates to the intelligent, autonomous logistics robot SOTO and the evolution of the picking robot TORU as part of NEOintralogistics' logistics system solution.

Logistics robot SOTO: Intelligent material supply for maximum efficiency

The autonomous logistics robot SOTO impresses with its versatility and flexibility in material supply. It picks KLT from flow racks as well as directly from conveyor technology, tugger trains or machines. It integrates seamlessly into existing processes and works safely side by side with its human colleagues. In addition to intralogistics in manufacturing plants, SOTO has also excelled in injection molding applications, where it automates the exchange of empties and fulls at injection molding machines with the least possible adjustments.
Its high transport capacity, the ability to pick KLTs of different sizes at different heights and from three sides, make it a valuable part of the automation strategy for producing industries. With a VDA5050-compliant software structure, SOTO is a perfect fit for large companies with fleet solutions such as MAN or BOSCH, but also for medium-sized companies and specialized applications.

Pick-robot TORU: From a specialist to an all-rounder

The enhanced commissioning robot TORU will also be demonstrating its full potential at the LogiMAT. Up to now a specialist for picking shoe boxes in fleets at companies such as Zalando, Schuurman, Asics and Gabor, NEOintralogistics uses TORU's unique capabilities as part of its new logistics system: NEOintralogistics integrates the TORU picking robot as a central element in a flexible and highly efficient picking solution for new areas of application such as e-commerce products, spare parts, small parts for production & assembly and multi-client warehouses. Thanks to performance-based pay-per-pick billing, customers benefit from state-of-the-art warehouse automation without high investment costs.

About NEOintralogistics

NEOintralogistics is revolutionizing warehouse logistics with a flexible system that automates existing shelving racks - quickly, efficiently and without interrupting operations. The special feature: No investment costs. Customers only pay for the performance per pick. Thanks to intelligent software and state-of-the-art hardware, NEO increases storage capacity by a factor of 2.5 and reduces labor costs by 70 %. The system is ready for use in just 6-8 weeks and offers maximum flexibility - adaptable to existing and new warehouse environments and open to technological expansion.
