Bohrermessplatz CT-12000

Der Messplatz für die kleinen und grossen Bohrer

Der Bohrermessplatz CT-12000 ist für kleine bis sehr lange Bohrer entwickelt worden. Das EInlegeprisma ist auf der Grundplatte um 180° drehbar und mit rückwärtigen Anschlägen für eine reproduzierbare Positionierung ausgerüstet.
Das Rastenzoomsystem mit 14 Raststufen ist mit einer USB 2.0 Kamera mit 1600 x 1200 Pixel kombiniert. In Kombination mit einer 50 Watt Xenon Kaltlichtquelle mit Spaltringlicht und Diffuser werden exzellente Bilder erstellt. Das Zoomsystem ist auf einem Kreuzmesstisch montiert der wiederum mit 50 mm Digitalmessschrauben ausgestattet ist. Diese Einheit wird auf einer Hochpräzisionsführung mit integriertem Messsystem durch Drehen der Angeflanschten Spindel (für die Längenmessung von Stufenbohrern) verfahren.
Die Daten werden durch ein Interface in die Messsoftware Metric MT übertragen. Die Software verfügt über eine Vielzahl von Standardfunktionen zusätzlich über 12 spezielle Messfunktionen für Bohrer und Fräser. Durch das Excelreportsystem werden die Messdaten zusammen mit dem Bild sofort in ein Excelfile übertragen welcher immer wieder in der Software geöffnet werden kann um weitere Daten zu einzufügen.
