Wir stellen unser hochmodernes universelles Prüfsystem für Batterien aus, welches speziell für die Untersuchung von Zellen, Modulen und Packs konzipiert wurde. Dank seines ergonomischen Designs ermöglicht es das einfache Handling auch schwerer Prüflinge. Eine Prüfhaube sorgt dabei für den Schutz der Bediener.

Unser System bietet eine offene Prüfsoftware, die eine intuitive Bedieneroberfläche, einen leistungsstarken Test-Sequenzer sowie eine flexible Datenbank- und Statistik-Funktionen umfasst.

Die flexible Plattform unterstützt vielfältige Tests und Messungen wie:
  • Programmieren und Funktionstest für Batteriemanagementsysteme (BMS)
  • Laden und Entladen mit Spannungen von 6 V bis 2250 V und Strömen von 100 mA bis 10 kA
  • Puls Tests
  • Impedanz- und Elektrochemische Impedanzspektroskopie (EIS)
  • Isolationswiderstandsmessung bis 5 kV
Außerdem gibt es am Stand auch verschiedenste Power-Gerätelösungen zum Sehen und Anfassen.
