LUCID to Demonstrate Advanced 3D and HDR Camera Technologies at LogiMAT 2026

Hall 2, Booth 2B17

(PresseBox) (Burnaby, BC, Canada, )

Hall 2, Booth 2B17

LUCID Vision Labs, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of industrial cameras, will showcase its latest 3D and HDR imaging technologies at LogiMAT, the world’s premier trade show for intralogistics solutions and process management. The exhibition will take place in Stuttgart, Germany from March 24-26, 2026.

Increasing Logistics Efficiency with Helios2 3D Time-of-Flight Cameras
The Helios2 3D Time-of-Flight camera series is engineered for continuous 24/7 operation in demanding industrial environments. It excels in robotics, 3D inspection, and logistics applications including material handling, pick-and-place, sorting, palletization and depalletization, and volume estimation. Powered by Sony’s IMX556PLR Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor and LUCID’s rugged IP67 Factory Tough design, the Helios2 cameras deliver highly accurate 3D depth data with sub-millimeter precision, even in challenging warehouse environments.

The Helios2 camera lineup includes the new Helios2 Wide Chroma, a compact, factory-calibrated RGB-D camera that delivers precisely aligned color and depth data in a single IP67-rated device. The series also offers the Helios2 Wide with a broad 108° x 78° field of view, the Helios2 Narrow with a focused 31° x 24° field of view, and the Helios2+, which adds high dynamic range and high-speed operating modes. For outdoor logistics applications, the Helios2 Ray is optimized for full-sunlight operation using 940 nm VCSEL laser diodes to generate reliable real-time 3D point clouds.

High-Quality HDR Imaging with On-Camera Adaptive Tone Mapping
The Triton HDR camera features Sony’s IMX490 back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor, enabling simultaneous 120 dB HDR imaging and LED flicker mitigation using sub-pixel technology. With LUCID’s AltaView adaptive tone mapping engine, the camera outputs real-time, tone-mapped images directly from the camera, producing data-rich 8-bit images with enhanced detail in both shadows and highlights.
