Logwin AG – Vorschlag zur Ausschüttung an die Aktionäre im Jahr 2024

Der Verwaltungsrat der Logwin AG beabsichtigt, der diesjährigen ordentlichen Hauptversammlung 2024 vorzuschlagen, für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 eine Ausschüttung in Höhe von 14,00 Euro je Aktie (Vorjahr: 24,00 Euro je Aktie) zu beschließen. Dieser Beschlussvorschlag basiert auf dem erwarteten Periodenergebnis von 80,2 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: EUR 73,9 Mio. Euro).

Weitere Einzelheiten werden im Zusammenhang mit der Veröffentlichung der Jahresergebnisse für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 und der Einladung an die Aktionäre der Gesellschaft zur Hauptversammlung 2024 bekannt gegeben.
