- “AI Agent” enables automatic data transfer for pallet receipts
- Dedicated speaker corner and appearance at “Exhibitor Insights”
- Trade fair presence in Hall 4, Booth 4A64
“LogiMAT is the perfect opportunity for us to demonstrate the versatility of our solution. With specific client use cases, we show how a wide variety of industries have benefited from our software and have already been able to significantly increase their efficiency in load carrier management,” says Dr. Philipp Hüning, co-founder and CEO of Logistikbude GmbH. The Dortmund-based start-up’s software solution enables real-time, transparent tracking of load carriers and reusable objects such as Euro pallets, boxes, or racks, thus providing a comprehensive overview of inventories and circulation times. To achieve this, the young tech company is increasingly relying on artificial intelligence.
Automated bookings using AI
At LogiMAT, Logistikbude will be presenting a particularly time-saving feature for managing load carriers: the AI agent automatically reads scanned documents. It recognizes information about exchange partners, load carriers, quantities, and the document date, and converts the data directly into bookings. Employees simply need to approve them, which reduces the amount of work involved to a few seconds. The system also recognizes previously unknown documents, even without prior training. The solution is also fully scalable and processes tens of thousands of documents per week. Initial implementations at client sites have already shown that both processing time and error rates in administration can be reduced by up to 80 percent with the help of this feature.
Live demonstrations and presentations on use cases
At the trade fair, Logistikbude will showcase its software in dedicated demo corners, allowing interested parties to try out the solution themselves. In a speaker corner, industry leaders will talk about the implementation process and their experiences with Logistikbude's software in practice. They will also take a broader perspective and discuss the future of load carrier management and the role of software and AI in the supply chain.
In addition, co-founder and CEO Dr. Philipp Hüning will appear in the “Exhibitor Insights” forum: In his presentation “Load carriers on autopilot: Managing pallets, containers, and more without Excel and paperwork,” he will show how companies can efficiently digitize their administrative processes. The presentation will take place on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. in Hall 4, Forum South. “Many companies are still leaving a lot of potential untapped when it comes to managing their load carriers,” says Hüning. “In times of skilled labor shortages, switching to a digital tool not only saves working time, but also provides a significantly better, always up-to-date overview of the status of all pallets, racks, and containers.”
In Hall 4 at booth 4A64, LogiMAT visitors can experience the software solution firsthand from March 24 to 26, 2026, and learn about its various features and numerous applications.
