Mit dem dynamischen Sauerstoffmesssytem MF-Oxy lässt sich der Restsauerstoffgehalt im Abgas von Feuerungsanlagen fehlersicher bestimmen. Dadurch kann ein Verbundregler den aus Sicherheitsgründen vorgegebenen Luftüberschuss minimieren, die Verbrennung im Kessel optimieren und somit Wirkungsgrad erhöhen. In der modernen Holzfeuerung lassen sich so Schwankungen in der Qualität der Brennstoffe ausgleichen. Im Gegensatz zur Lambdasonde bestimmt das äußerst robuste System nicht den relativen, sondern den absoluten Sauerstoffgehalt, sprich den Sauerstoffpartialdruck. Schwankungen des Luftdrucks, der Feuchte und der Temperatur beeinflußen die Genauigkeit der Messung nicht. Die Kalibrierung vor Ort erfolgt ohne Referenzgas und ohne zusätzliches Personal in atmosphärischer Luft am Ende der Belüftungsphase des Brenners, wodurch sich der Wartungsaufwand reduziert. Möglich wird dies durch einen dynamischen Zirkoniumdioxidsensor und eine intelligente Hardware. Neben dem analogen Mess-Signal bietet das System eine Selbstüberwachung und meldet Fehlfunktionen der Hard- und Software über einen digitalen Kanal. Der Messbereich ist mit 0,1-25Vol% Sauerstoff definiert. Angeboten werden ein Temperaturbereich von 0-250°C und 0-350°C, sowie verschiedene Sondenstablängen.
