Stadtwerke Wismar treten dem local energy-Verbund bei

Die Stadtwerke Wismar GmbH sind zum 01.01.2007 dem local energy-Verbund beigetreten.

Seit der Gründung im Jahre 1999 ist local energy von damals 11 Stadtwerken auf nunmehr 23 Versorgungsunternehmen in Brandenburg und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gewachsen.

Mit der Dachmarke local energy wird das Konzept verfolgt, lokal erzeugte oder bezogene Energie auch lokal zu vermarkten. Im Dezember 2006 erhielt die local energy gmbh und die ihr angeschlossenen Energieversorgungsunternehmen den strom magazin award, unter anderem für die Förderung der regionalen Zusammenarbeit und die Bündelung von Kompetenzen in Brandenburg und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Die local energy gmbh ist die gemeinsame Marketinggesellschaft von 23 Energieversorgern in Brandenburg und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und unterstützt diese bei deren Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten. Das Ziel des Verbundes ist es, Bürger und Kunden für ihren lokalen Energieversorger zu begeistern, von dem sie preiswert und sicher mit Energie beliefert werden.
