Infrarot-Laserdioden im SMD-Package

Arima bietet für die NIR-Wellenlänge 940 nm erstmals Laserdioden im SMD-Gehäuse an. Sie können in zwei Produktvarianten bei LASER COMPONENTS bezogen werden: ADL- 94Y01IY-F1 und 94Y01EY-F2. Der Unterschied liegt vor allem in der Gehäusebauform. Bei einer Höhe von gerade einmal 0,75 mm und einer Grundfläche von 3x3 mm (IY-F1) bzw. 3,5x3,5 mm (EY-F2) erreichen beide Versionen eine optische Leistung von 200 mW. Dabei zeigen sie bei Temperaturen bis zu 50°C gleichbleibend hohe Leistungen. Der Hersteller hat diese Laserdioden für die Entfernungsmessung, 3D-Sensoranwendungen und das Pumpen von Faserlasern konzipiert.
