LASER COMPONENTS bietet jetzt eine Plug-and-Play-Lösung an, mit der sich schnell und reproduzierbar erste Versuche und Testreihen für die verschiedenen LEDs des ultravioletten Spektrums durchführen lassen. Das AMPYR Evaluation-Kit LED30UV enthält jeweils einen LED-Träger mit Kühlkörper, den Treiber AMPYR LED30W mit integriertem Kühlkörper sowie ein Steckernetzteil und ein sechspoliges Kabel zur Verbindung von Treiber- und Trägereinheit. Je nach Bedarf ist auf dem LED-Träger bereits die gewünschte UVA, UVB oder UVCLED konfiguriert. Die Elektronik unterstütz UV-LEDs bis maximal 25 W.

Das LED30UV-Kit unterstützt folgende Bauformen:
  • 6868 von LG Innotek, Seoul Viosys, Nichia
  • 6060 von LG Innotek, Vishay
  • 3535 von LG Innotek
Bisher war die Evaluierung von UV-LEDs oft ein zeitaufwändiger und kostenintensiver Prozess, da je nach Anwendung spezielle Teiberplatinen und Kühlkörper entwickelt werden mussten. Mit dem Test-Kit können sich Entwickler diesen zusätzlichen Aufwand in Zukunft sparen und gleich die eigentliche Aufgabe in Angriff nehmen.
